The statements on this page describe what the site actually does, checked by loading it in a browser and reading what it stores and what it requests. If you want to confirm it yourself, open your browser's developer tools on any page here and look.
What the site stores on your device
Nothing. There are no cookies of any kind, no local storage and no session storage. Closing the tab leaves nothing behind. Because nothing is stored, there is no cookie banner, no consent to manage and no preference to remember.
What is loaded from other companies, and what they can see
Like almost any website, these pages load a few files from other providers. Those providers necessarily see your IP address and the usual request information, because that is how the internet delivers a file. They are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves every page, image and document.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which serves the three typefaces used here.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- jsDelivr, on the home page only, which serves the graphics library that draws the globe.
We do not place advertising, we do not use remarketing pixels, and we do not run any third-party tracker beyond the cookieless page counter named above.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to us or to anyone else. It assembles the text you typed into a draft message and opens it in your own email program. Nothing leaves your computer unless you press send there, and you keep a copy in your own sent items.
Practically, that means that if you fill in the form and change your mind, we never saw it. There is no partial submission, no abandoned-form capture and nothing to delete.
Email you send us
When you write to info@ispgroupgc.com the message arrives in our mailbox, which is hosted on Google Workspace. We use what you send to answer you and to carry out the business you are asking about: finding producers, requesting quotations, arranging shipment and settlement.
- Who else sees it. Where the enquiry requires it, the relevant parts are shared with producers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection companies and banks. Only what the task needs, and only with parties engaged on that task.
- What we do not do. We do not sell correspondence, we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a commercial question, and we do not pass your details to anyone who is not involved in your shipment.
- How long we keep it. Correspondence relating to a transaction is kept for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept while the conversation is live and then deleted on request.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
Where that law applies to a given exchange, you may ask us for a copy of the correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to info@ispgroupgc.com and say which of those you want. We will answer within a month, and we will not charge for it.
Where we process correspondence it is on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry addressed to us.
If you are in California
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may ask what we hold and ask us to delete it, at the same address, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This is a business-to-business site about international trade. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes, and who to write to
